NirmanFlow — Construction & Contractor Management Software — Construction & Real Estate ERP case study preview

The Challenge

Civil contracting and infrastructure firms routinely face cost overruns, delayed material deliveries, ghost labor attendance, and chaotic subcontractor billing across scattered project sites. NirmanFlow was engineered to bridge the gap between corporate headquarters and on-site field engineers. It automates Bill of Quantities (BOQ) tracking, enables digitized daily site diaries and Measurement Books (MB), standardizes material indents and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and provides automated Running Account (RA) billing calculations with retention and statutory tax deductions.
